Mr. Smalley, have not been able to move the aircraft to the flightline yet due to some delays in preparing them for movement.  We found some rim and tire problems and also had some weather problems which delayed the preparation of the ground over which we have to move them.  I am almost 90 days behind schedule but hope to be on track soon.  I will let you know as soon as they are moved.  THKS PH
