59-0061 at Otis AFB MA after overhaul by an eight man Lear Siegler team in prep for the aircraft to be a chase plane for the B-1B Chase Program. Aircraft was released after the first Functional Check Flight (FCF).  As an aside, the base commander's aircraft is in the foreground.
